Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Consultancy work is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work; where it conflicts with these website terms, the signed engagement document prevails.
Information and professional judgement
Website material is general information, not advice for a particular product decision. Analytical findings depend on the completeness, legality and accuracy of data supplied by the client. We identify material limitations but do not warrant that every source defect will be discovered.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide authorised, least-privilege access; explain known tracking changes; avoid sharing unnecessary personal data; and ensure instructions and supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights. Timelines may change if access or feedback is delayed.
Intellectual property
Engine Nodecore retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates and know-how. After full payment, the client may use engagement-specific reports and query notes internally. Website text, design and marks may not be copied without permission.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or decisions made outside the stated scope. Our aggregate liability for a consultancy engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement states otherwise.
