This readout is designed for a completed experiment or phased release where the team needs more than conversion on day one. We review assignment or exposure logic, novelty effects, guardrails and subsequent return behaviour.
The work includes one primary outcome, up to three agreed segments and a concise evidence memo. If exposure was not random, the memo states what can and cannot be inferred rather than dressing association as causation.
