What changes a proposal
The principal factors are the number of apps and data sources, user identity complexity, historical tracking changes, requested cohort cuts, hypothesis count and stakeholder sessions. A single product with a maintained tracking plan is materially different from joining mobile, web and billing records across several migrations.
After a short fit call, we send a written scope naming the question, inputs, exclusions, timetable, outputs and fixed fee. Half-day London workshops and travel outside central London are quoted separately.
Payment basis
Projects below £5,000 are normally invoiced in full at booking. Larger projects use a 50% booking invoice and 50% on delivery. Payment is due within 14 days. No payment or checkout takes place on this website.
