Bring a cohort view that is causing disagreement
The clinic is a compact advisory session rather than a miniature data project. It works best when you already have a retention chart, cohort table or proposed definition and need an independent reading before a planning meeting.
Before the session
Send one question, a redacted view or query logic, key event definitions and the decision date at least three working days beforehand. We spend up to 90 minutes preparing. Please do not send row-level personal data.
During the 90 minutes
We inspect the cohort basis, return event, denominator, observation window and segment comparability. Together we mark what the view establishes, where it may mislead and which next cut would reduce uncertainty fastest.
Afterward
Within two working days, you receive a two-page note containing the agreed definition, visible caveats and up to three next analysis steps. The clinic does not include warehouse access, fresh query production or instrumentation repair.
The fixed fee is £650 plus VAT, delivered remotely. If preparation shows that the issue needs a larger audit, you can cancel for a full refund or apply the fee to an agreed project.
